  Apartment didn't look clean. Wi-Fi service went off and did not return for over 24 hours. Bath towels were dingy.

  At first we thought that it would be just the first days (because they probably don't use that suite often) and after a visit of the staff that put something on the drains, we thought that would end... NO!! IT DID NOT! the smell of sewer vanished a little bit but not completely! (We had to buy air-freshners -.- )

  At the check-in they gave us an apartment with only 1 room when we paid for 2... then they gave us a new one at the other side of the hotel and when we opened the door there was another guest sitting there!!! So, after a lot of complaining and moving the bags (for a 2weeks vacations) around the hotel, they decided to give us the "presidential suite" (suite presidente) as a free upgrade.

  The pool animation is basic and the staff only spoke Spanish... That's not a problem for us but it was for other people.

  The room cleaning quality was poor, didn't have sheets for the king-size bed, and the towels were old.

  The suite was nice and big. A truly big apartment with 2 bathrooms, closets, 2 gym-bikes, nice view, etc... But it smelled a lot!
