  And one member of staff on reception refused us entery to the dining hall when my wife explained that we had paid for the meals all week. The receptionist said that we had arrived a at 8pm so we could have had a meal.

  The reason i rate the hotel with 4 out of 5 stars is because some of the pools needs to be reformed cause the slabs from the bottom are being removed and it can damage people that step on them, also as I said not all room are renovated.

  The hotel was really nice, if only the staff were as nice, to be able to compete in an international forum other languages outside of Spanish should be embraced and used if visitors are struggling to understand the Spanish language, it would also make you feel welcome, the only person we encountered who would speak English was the receptionist but sadly she was very robotic and not willing to even try to understand any issue that needed to be resolved. The hotel room view was outstanding but the room itself was advertised as deluxe but sadly we did not think that, there was plaster missing from the walls and it needed a refresh of paint. The meals were average but nothing spectacular and the staff again in the restaurant were not particular welcoming if you did not want to purchase wine with your meal, the food and drink outlets in the hotel grounds also followed the theme of being cold and aloof, and the food was over priced and not freshly cooked. I would visit the resort again and would consider the Mediterraneo again if the staff were trained in how to relate to their customers needs, and how to smile, this would help people feel they were welcome at the hotel and not an inconvenience.

  We were there last August and the experience was unforgettable. Ideal for families with children. The facilities, the rooms, the animation staff and the different restaurants. Everything spectacular, and the quality of the meals was very high. Of course we will repeat later.

  Beach Hotel placed in an amazing location. It has amazing pools perfect for enjoy with the family, it also counts with slays pools (small and medium) and Jacuzzi. It offers a very high quality animation offer, with activities for all family (adults, teens and children) with musical shows during the nights and sports activities during the day.
